This role involves overseeing daily operations of the IT support team, ensuring service level agreements are met, and creating knowledge base articles. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with strong customer service and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Provide technical support: Address and resolve technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Training and support: Assist users on hardware, software, and IT processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • ITIL certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24X7) if required
