Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user support roles.
  • Proven experience in advanced technical support and knowledge of operating system administration such as Windows, macOS, and networks (VPNs, firewalls, network configurations).
  • B2 - C1 Portuguese
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel
  • Familiarity with ticket management tools, preferably ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for task automation.
