We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. The role is accountable to ensure the implementation and maintenance of efood’s computing needs.
Requirements
- University or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Experience with user management in Single-Sign-On Platforms (OKTA), Intune, JamfPro, Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
