Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience as Technical Support Specialist.
  • Great ability to provide technical support and resolve incidents.
  • Deep knowledge of hardware, software, and computer networks.
  • Ability to identify technological needs and train users.
  • Domination of technical assistance tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience in documenting processes and tracking performance metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge in database maintenance and system security.
