Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or similar.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist.
  • Great ability to provide technical support and resolve incidents.
  • Deep knowledge of hardware, software, and computer networks.
  • Ability to identify technological needs and train users.
  • Mastery of technical assistance tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience in documenting processes and tracking performance metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge in database maintenance and system security.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to high level of English.
