The A.C.Coy company is seeking an IT Support Technician to work onsite in Lafayette, IN. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT support experience and be able to provide deskside support to all employees, diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, and communicate with employees through various means.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- 2+ years of ticketing system experience (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience with printer, mobile device, network, and operating system (Windows 10/11)
- 2+ years of experience with IT asset inventory management
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility (preferred)
