The IT Systems Coordinator (SA) will support and optimize key Property Management Systems (PMS) and assist the IT hospitality team with day-to-day operations and planning.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is required; OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the job's essential duties.
- Proficiency in the following tools: Jira, Asana, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
- Basic understanding of IT administration and project management principles
- On-call rotation requiring a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Willingness to carry the company phone for on-call rotation schedule to support end users.
- Willingness to travel as deemed necessary by IT Management (national & international).
- 3-4 years PMS (Opera Cloud and/or Agilysys LMS) application and hardware experience, Micros preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in Hospitality applications preferred
- Ability to travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally
