Itecor is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to lead scoping, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients. The role focuses on delivering world-class ServiceNow based solutions with expert technical support and mentorship, and maintaining a commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT industry
- Proven experience in consulting / professional services
- Strong expertise in scripting on ServiceNow (JavaScript, CSS, Angular JS)
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow integration solutions (Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP)
- ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4)
- ITSM Certification (CIS-ITSM, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, German a plus
Requirements Summary
5+ years IT experience, consulting experience, ServiceNow skills (JavaScript/CSS/Angular JS). Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM/Service Management standards
