ConnectOS is seeking an IT Team Lead for an on-site position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. The role involves co-ordinating service issues, improving service delivery, and ensuring up-to-date documentation and training. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team of IT Service Desk and/or IT Operational department.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a service desk environment or call centre.
  • Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Sound knowledge of supporting Microsoft technologies.
  • Ability to support networking issues including cabling and wireless, remote access connectivity, and mobile devices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Active Directory, Share Point, and Point of Sales (POS)
