Nestlé is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Performance and Data Insights Specialist to enhance its IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Global ServiceDesk Operations. The role involves using advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting to improve efficiency and drive customer satisfaction. This is a full-time contract position based in Bangalore with a collaborative, global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of the Swish.AI platform is a differentiator
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management concepts
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
