ITAM Consultant for ServiceNow - Bratislava

The ITAM ServiceNow Consultant designs, implements, and optimizes IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their asset management needs, configuring ServiceNow modules, and ensuring the efficient tracking and management of hardware and software assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience with implementation of ITAM applications (Hardware Asset Management or Software Asset Management, etc.)
• Strong understanding of ITAM processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English is a must
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, etc.)
• ITIL certification
• Experience in a consulting environment
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Certifications (one of the following: CITAM, CHAMP, CSAM, ISO/IEC 19770)
