Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery and IT Asset Management is essential.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
- Solid ServiceNow expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and other areas.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and customization.
- Solid experience in software license management.
- Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- CSA/CAD/CIS/CTAs certifications (preferred).
