ITAM Specialist

The ITAM Content Management team within ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management Specialist to build and enhance the content services for a single platform. This role involves researching hardware and software, transforming discovery data, mentoring a team, and improving content processes and automation. The goal is to enable effective IT Asset Management, drive compliance, and build a scalable ITAM product.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in IT Asset Management (Hardware and/or Software)
• Working knowledge of HAM Pro, CMDB & ITAM tools like ServiceNow, Freshservice, Combodo -ITOP, BDNA, SNOW, FlexNet, SCCM, etc.
• Knowledge of various Hardware CI classes and Vendors like Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo etc.
• Knowledge of scripting to gather information using tools like SCCM
• Experience in driving projects independently. Strong communication and inter-personnel skills
