We are seeking an ITSM and ITAM developer to design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and proficiency in ITSM and ITAM platforms.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in ITSM and ITAM development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an ITSM Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in ITSM and ITAM platforms such as ManageEngine, Flexera, BMC Remedy, etc.
- Strong scripting and programming skills (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
