Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, analyze ServiceNow data, and create appropriate issues in Jira. Perform ServiceNow platform business process activities, create/update documentation, and develop reports to track ServiceNow operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as BA on technical projects
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow ITSM
- Basic understanding of JIRA
