We are seeking an ITSM CM/RM Leader to lead and oversee the organization's change and release management functions within the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. The role requires a strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience with ITSM tools. The leader will facilitate collaboration across IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver stable, high-quality services and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices in Change and Release Management.
- Proven experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
