ITSM Hardware Asset Manager (REMOTE)

ITSM Hardware Asset Manager position at McCormick & Company, responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, creating and maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• 3 or more years of experience supporting development and management of IT services
• Demonstrated capabilities with ITSM, ITIL and SAFeAgile factory models
• Working knowledge of ITAM principals in asset identification, planning and execution
• IT, Business or a sourcing environment, with experience relative to similar roles in IT preferred
• Experience in areas of ITSM, ITIL and contract management
• Ability to problem solve issues to resolution
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and processes
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Proficient in ITSM Foundation and experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, KB etc.
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Global/international experience or exposure a plus
• Experience working with people and teams across various functions and regions
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions and think outside the box to solve complex and analytical problems
• Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
