ITSM Hardware Asset Manager (REMOTE)

ITSM Hardware Asset Manager position at McCormick, responsible for establishing standards and providing actionable data to enhance the operational effectiveness of internal support organizations. The role will work with ITSM team members to design, develop and oversee standards for the HAM lifecycle management of assets, utilizing ServiceNow capabilities to streamline processes and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• 3 or more years of experience supporting development and management of IT services
• Demonstrated capabilities with ITSM, ITIL and SAFeAgile factory models
• Working knowledge of ITAM principals in asset identification, planning and execution
• Proficient in ITSM Foundation and experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, KB etc.
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Global/international experience or exposure a plus
• Experience working with people and teams across various functions and regions
