ITSM Release Management Analyst

BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary specializing in clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Automated Clearing House. The Technology Division at BCS manages and operates release management processes for key software like FAST, GIRO, and CTS, ensuring regulatory compliance and service reliability. The IT Service Management Team under Technology supports vital business services like FAST and Giro.

Requirements

• Coordinate releases, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Work with development teams to understand release requirements and dependencies.
• Ensure role segregation per BCS software release management policy.
• Coordinate with operations, technology, and external teams for smooth deployment and rollback planning.
• Manage and mitigate release risks, issues, and conflicts.
• Communicate release plans and status to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for senior stakeholders on the list of releases and its associated risk category.
