Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in designing/developing solutions/architecture on ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD on ServiceNow Tool
- Experience with Requirement Gathering, Effort estimation, Client interaction
- Experience with Handled ITSM/Discovery/CMDB Implementation projects
- Strong ServiceNow Development (Client Script & Server Script, Notifications, Inbound Outbound email integrations, Workflow & Flow Designer)
- Evaluation of new features within ServiceNow
- Experience in API integrations
- Experience with Integration HUB orchestrations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to prepare documents like HLD, LLD
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
