JIRA Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive JIRA Administrator to manage, configure, and support Jira across the organization. This role is critical for supporting project delivery, enhancing collaboration, and enabling data-driven decisions within a major bank. The administrator will be responsible for creating and maintaining workflows, user access, and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and maintaining large-scale Jira environments (Cloud and/or Data Center).
• Experience integrating Jira with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, ServiceNow, email systems).
• Strong understanding of Atlassian best practices, marketplace plugins, and Jira administration tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
• Banking or financial services sector experience is a strong advantage.
