CI&T is seeking Senior Support Analysts with experience in PL/SQL and APEX (Oracle). The role focuses on problem solving and improving support operations, ensuring the continuous improvement of the support team. There are partnerships with over 1,000 clients and an AI-powered approach to technological transformation.
Requirements
- Experience in Oracle (PL/SQL)
- Knowledge in APEX Oracle
- Experience in complex technical solutions, consisting of volunteers
- Knowledge in Azure DevOps
- Experience in Java 11 - Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Maven, JPA, Junit and Mockito
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience in Servicenow
- Experience in Framework tests (Jasmine/Karma)
