CI&T is seeking a mid-level Support Analyst to join their team. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, improving operations, and seeking opportunities for improvement. The team's focus is on building scalable tech solutions using AI and human expertise. The position is suitable for those based in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas.
Requirements
- Experience in developing in Oracle (PL/SQL)
- Knowledge in APEX Oracle
- Experience in developing complex technical solutions composed of various components, from different teams, and communicating with integrations (services, queues, files).
- Desirable knowledge: Azure DevOps, Backend: Java 11 - Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Maven, JPA, Junit and Mockito, Frontend: Angular 8++ or higher, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, ServiceNow, Unit testing framework (Jasmine/Karma)
- Experience in working with unit testing frameworks
- 3 years of experience in support or related role
