M9 Solutions is seeking a Journeyman ServiceNow to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Secret clearance is required.
Requirements
- Develop and implement workflows to facilitate client responsibilities and role-based assignments.
- Create centralized repositories for risks, controls, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the integration of the client tool with client-specific systems and external platforms.
- Support automated testing and validation processes.
- Collaborate with the Senior Developer and stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
