As a Global HR Process Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering processes and solutions to local HR departments, providing a great user experience, and guiding local HR teams in your area of expertise. You will coordinate the implementation of new HR processes, manage process improvement, and support senior HR project managers and specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or Business Management related area
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in an HR process optimization role and/or Consultancy role
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, helicopter view and analytical skills
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Ability to develop highly effective partnerships across all levels
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo while maintaining a collaborative approach
- Translating business requirements to solid solutions
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Kainos, Quinyx and/or other HR solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail
