At Affinity Water, we're offering an exciting opportunity to grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our Billing and CRM systems, supporting millions of customers across the region. In this role, you’ll be immersed in learning the ins and outs of our HiAffinity billing system and associated CRM tools, gaining experience in systems integration, process automation, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Experience & Technical Skills: Exposure to or interest in billing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Awareness of SQL, database reporting, or process automation platforms.
- Understanding of customer data privacy principles and an interest in utilities or public service delivery.
- Desire to work with technologies like HiAffinity, Jira, ServiceNow, and workflow management tools.
