The Junior Consultant - People Consulting role involves participating in a project that contributes to the transformation, digitalization, and optimization of HR agendas across the employee life cycle for a large international client. The role requires supporting local HR teams across Europe and Latin America, focusing on employee onboarding processes, labor law, attendance management, and offboarding.
Requirements
- Completed higher education, at least bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of experience in HR, whether internally from a global company or SSC.
- Very good communication skills – both in Czech and English.
- Experience with HR information systems such as SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow is beneficial, as well as good knowledge of MS Office.
