Requirements

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across Power Platform and ServiceNow applications.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks for Power Platform and ServiceNow.
• Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing for Power Platform and ServiceNow apps.
• Validate compliance with IM8 and SGTS guidelines.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Provide test execution reports and performance analysis during sprint reviews.
