Junior Infrastructure Analyst

The Junior Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining and ensuring the correct functioning of the company's technological infrastructure. This includes inventory management, administration of Microsoft Intune, ticket management, maintenance and monitoring of infrastructure, and documentation and reports.

Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering or Software Engineering, or technology students who are currently studying
• Previous experience in the administration of technological infrastructure, especially in inventory management, technical support, automations and administration of tools like Microsoft Intune
• Technical Knowledge: Device and system operating management (Windows, Android, iOS), Monitoring and ticket management tools (for example, ServiceNow, Autodesk, etc.), Knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and asset management
