DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Junior IT Service Desk Support Specialist for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard IT Support Services contract. This role will support the CIO and Navy/DoD-compliant information assurance program, including resolving technical issues for over 10,000 NMCI seats. The position is fully on-site and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • One (1) year of relevant experience
  • Must have CompTIA Security+ (current and compliant)
  • Recommended certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL v4 Foundation, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Azure Fundamentals
