We are seeking a Junior Service Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer phone calls and tickets, resolving service requests, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows Front-End environments (XP, Win7, Win8, Win10)
  • Experience in ticket management tools such as Remedy, HP Service Manager, or ServiceNow.
  • Solid knowledge of the ITIL framework (incident management, request fulfillment, and problem management)
  • Proficiency in the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience in networking (topologies, MPLS, etc.)
