We are a large ecosystem of financial services, media, and education looking for a Junior ServiceNow Analyst to join our Configuration Management area in ServiceNow, where you will assist in managing and maintaining the CMDB, supporting the update and cleaning of configuration data, and collaborating in the maintenance and implementation of Discovery and service mapping processes.
Requirements
- Higher education courses related to Information Technology
- Desirable initial experience with ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of CMDB administration and configuration on the ServiceNow platform
- Initial notions of Service Mapping and Discovery on ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM (IT Operations Management) concepts
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, especially in Configuration Management and Asset Management processes
- Willingness to learn and develop in a strategic area of IT
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams
- Organization and attention to detail in data management
- Proactivity in suggesting small improvements for optimization of the CMDB
- Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in functions related to IT
