The Junior Systems Administrator (Sustainment Engineer) provides support for the overall workload and execution of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) tasks on the Situational Awareness as a Service (SAaaS) instance of ServiceNow. This position does not require shift work but may require being on-call on a scheduled rotation for call-in support and occasional off-hour assignments.
Requirements
- An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and at least 3 years work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment with ahigh sense of urgency and self-motivation
