Junior Systems Administrator (Sustainment Engineer)

The Junior Systems Administrator (Sustainment Engineer) will provide support for the overall workload and execution of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) tasks on the Situational Awareness as a Service (SAaaS) instance of ServiceNow. The position requires IT Service Management (ITSM) platform administration experience and a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
• Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and at least 3 years work experience
