This role involves leading a team of support specialists and engineers, resolving escalations, improving workflows, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to deliver a top-tier support experience for external software developers. The team operates on a hybrid work system with a minimum of 3 days in-office attendance per week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer support within the software industry
  • Experience leading support operations in a multicultural environment
  • Practical experience with Git and GitHub
  • Ability to write simple scripts using Bash or Python
  • Experience with support and engineering tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, GitHub, and Artifactory
  • Excellent communication skills in both business-level English and Japanese
