Experian is seeking a KCS Coach Lead & Technical Writer to lead Knowledge-Centered Service initiatives, both internally and with the RFP team. This dual role involves coaching internal teams on KCS principles, maintaining KCS training materials, and ensuring the quality of technical content for proposals. The role requires a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, working closely with subject matter experts.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a knowledge management, technical writing, or related role.
- Experience with KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) and a deep understanding.
- Experience coaching or mentoring others.
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
- Proficient in knowledge management systems (e.g., Salesforce Knowledge, ServiceNow).
