Staff System Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff System Engineer to deliver seamless operational support to EU customers. The role involves working closely with the Global ServiceNow Team, tuning Linux-based systems, and ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems architecture and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience building and maintaining Linux-based systems
• Substantial experience working on systems which deal with one (or more) Relational Database technologies: MariaDB, Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work on-calls if required
