KDNI - Resource Management - Acon- FT- Bangalore

The Resource Management specialist will be responsible for managing resource requests, demand, and supply channels within a Servicenow platform, analyzing forecasts, and reporting on resource utilization. This role involves supporting internal and external teams, managing KDN reporting, and co-ordinating activities across different departments.

Requirements

• Update schedules, reconcile booking requests, update absence, terminations and create placeholders for new employees.
• Manage Demand pipeine and Supply from various internal/external channels.
• Support resource management queries through skill searches and stakeholder connect.
• Analyze forecast, bench, Utilization and suggest corrective measures.
• Handle KDN related reporting and co-ordination with various stakeholders.
• Contribute to client service delivery.
• Conduct periodic trainings and preparation of training materials.
