This KDNI resource management role involves using tools to update schedules, manage demand and supply, analyze forecasts, and offer corrective measures. The ideal candidate will also be a SME on Servicenow platforms and capable of supporting clients and stakeholders with resource management inquiries. Emphasis is placed on accuracy, adherence to timelines, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
- Update schedules, reconcile booking requests, update absence, terminations and create placeholders for new employees
- Manage Demand pipeine and Supply from various internal/external channels for fulfilment
- Strong understanding of key metrics within Resource management
- Analysis of forecast, bench, Utilization and suggest corrective measures to the team
- Handling KDN related reporting and co-ordination with various stakeholders
- Setting up templates and reporting in Servicenow platform
- Co-ordinate across DC RM teams to ensure any availability to fulfill any demands
- Supporting client service delivery
