This Resource Management position requires a KDNI to update schedules, manage demand and supply, support resource management queries, and maintain performance reports. The role involves analysis, corrective measures, and co-ordination with various teams. The candidate will also be a SME on tools and reports.

Requirements

• Update schedules, reconcile booking requests, and manage absence, terminations.
• Manage demand and supply through various channels.
• Support resource management queries through tool skills and stakeholder connections.
• Analyze forecasts and propose corrective measures.
• Manage KDN reporting and co-ordination with stakeholders.
• Set up templates and reporting in Servicenow.
• Address RM related queries from the team and delivery.
• Co-ordinate across DC RM teams.
• Support client service delivery.
• Conduct periodic trainings.
• Prepare/review/update knowledge base/training material/process documents.
• Understand and lead process improvement.
