The Resource Manager will utilize tools to manage schedules, reconcile booking requests, and update absence/termination data within Servicenow. They will be responsible for demand management, resource analysis, stakeholder co-ordination, reporting, and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to address queries from both internal and external stakeholders.

- Analyze forecast, bench, utilization, and suggest corrective measures.
- Handle KDN related reporting and co-ordination with stakeholders.
- Set up templates and reporting in Servicenow.
