This role involves collaborating with Product and Development teams, evaluating AI-generated content quality, creating test automation frameworks, and leading test data collection and analysis. ServiceNow is a leading AI-enhanced cloud platform used by over 80% of Fortune 500 companies.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 2+ years professional experience in software quality engineering.
- Working knowledge with testing machine learning and Generative AI systems, synthetic data generation, and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of core AI principles, including agentic AI, algorithms, models, and ethical considerations.
