DMI is looking for a Knowledge Manager to oversee documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives, develop structured knowledge transfer processes, and collaborate with AI/ML engineers to optimize knowledge discovery. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives, developing structured knowledge transfer processes, and creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials. They will also have experience with Knowledge Management Systems, particularly ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, or Teams.
