Knowledge Manager, Senior

We're looking for a Knowledge Manager who can assist our client in sharing knowledge to ensure access to critical information for an enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiative. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working in a professional KM environment, experience developing and maintaining SharePoint and ServiceNow, and a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in a professional KM environment
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint, Service Now, GitLab, or Confluence
• Experience developing and implementing content strategy and information architecture
• Experience leading a team of technical writers, designers, or engineers
• Experience developing technical manuals, procedures, or user guides
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and KM fundamentals and tools
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
