As a Service Desk Specialist, you can expect to provide first-line support, troubleshoot and resolve end-user desktop, hardware, software, and/or printing problems, and perform general and/or custom PC configuration, installations, maintenance, relocations, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Experience as IT Support/IT administrator (at least 2 years)
  • Troubleshooting - advanced level
  • Microsoft Windows (11) Support - advanced hands-on working experience
  • Office 365 Administration - at least hands-on working experience
  • Powerautomate and Powerapps knowledge (advantage)
  • Microsoft Intune Endpoint management experience (advantage)
  • Knowledge of IT service management (requests/incident handling)
  • Experience with any ticketing tool (required) - ServiceNow (SNOW) (advantage)
  • Advanced knowledge of computer networks and hands on experience with physical networking
  • Azureboards experience (advantage)
  • Good command of the English language (C1)
  • The drive to self-learning
  • Innovative thinking
  • Knowledge of Azureboards (advantage)
  • Microsoft / ITIL certificates (advantage)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (advantage)
