This L1 Production Support Engineer role for VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) focuses on monitoring alerts, performing health checks, resolving issues, and supporting deployments. Requirements
- 2 to 5 years relevant experience in L1 support roles
- Basic understanding of VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) architecture and core modules
- Exposure to JCL, COBOL, VSAM, CICS
- Exposure to Microfocus environment (Flex) - Basic Linux commands, WinSCp, Putty, DMC, Scheduler for Open Technologies
- Familiarity with SQL/DB2 and log analysis
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
Requirements Summary
2-5 years L1 support exp. in banking/card systems. VisionPLUS 10 architecture understanding needed, plus JCL/COBOL skills. Microfocus knowledge preferred
