Requirements
- Experience +3 years of proficiency in an IT Administration environment
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory
- Strong customer focus and familiarity with IT Service Management/ITIL standards
- Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft Admin Portal, Microsoft Office applications, PowerShell, and scripting
- Familiarity with both PC and MAC equipment
- Experience with ITSM applications such as JIRA Service Desk and ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups
