As a Senior HR Associate, you will lead processes and projects, handle complex HR tasks, and work with the global HR Operations team. You will be responsible for managing employees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and implementing global processes regionally.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service with a friendly and open-minded demeanor towards colleagues, employees, managers, management, and external stakeholders.
- Providing advice and providing information, both in group settings and individually, e.g., to hold introductory presentations for new employees or hold individual conversations with employees on HR guidelines.
- Maintaining departmental file systems in accordance with data protection guidelines.
- Using various applications such as time tracking systems and personnel management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Relevant professional experience in operational HR management, including employee care.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
- Experience working with HR information systems, ideally previous use of Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Good knowledge of common labor laws and their implementation.
