Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in IT consulting, ideally in the field of Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- In-depth knowledge of analyzing and optimizing IT processes.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Developed analytical and conceptual skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team skills and customer orientation.
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing.
