- Previous relevant experience in contact center (desirable)
- Knowledge in Workday and ServiceNow (desirable)
- Knowledge in HR (desirable)
- Intermediate English level (writing and spoken)
- Portuguese (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
