The Lead Administrator - L1 will provide technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower, manage its day-to-day operations, and lead the structural/ architectural design of a platform/ middleware/ database/ back up etc. according to various system requirements.

- 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow - IT Service Management
- Relevant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of a platform/ middleware/ database/ back up etc.
